The trick to sizing your wrist for a bangle is to measure the thickest part of your hand when pretending to put on a bangle. For me that measurement is around my knuckles when I put all of my fingertips and thumb together as if I were putting the bangle on my wrist.

Measure that number in inches. If you don’t have a flexible measuring tape, you may use a string and then measure the string against a ruler.

Your size in inches will convert to the size below in millimeters:

Under 5 inches = 48mm and under (super small)
Between 5 – 5.5 inches = 48-51mm
Between 5.5 – 6 inches = 52-54mm
Between 6 – 6.5 inches = 55-57mm
Between 6.5 – 7 inches = 58-60mm
Between 7 – 7.5 inches = 60-62mm
Between 7.5 – 8 inches = 62-64mm
Between 8 – 8.5 inches = 65-67mm
Between 8.5 – 9 inches = 68-70mm
Above 9 inches = 70mm and above

Some bangles are flat inside, and some are round inside. The round will feel a bit more snug than the flat. Most of the bangles I have are flat inside, but not all. Under the description of the shape, I will include whether the inside is flat or round.
